Founded in 1980, Tiburon, Inc. was a U. S. -based public safety software company that provided integrated command-and-control, records management, analytics, and emergency response solutions for law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and justice agencies.
In 2002, CompuDyne Corporation acquired Tiburon through a merger transaction that made Tiburon a wholly owned subsidiary of CompuDyne. In February 2015, TriTech Software Systems acquired Tiburon from The Gores Group.
