In January 2023, Alpine SG, LLC, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, agreed to acquire ThinkLP. As of January 2023, Spencer Marzouk is the CEO of the company.

The company provides loss prevention and safety case, audit, and analytics management software with a wide range of features, including case management, audit management, reports and dashboards, reporting and analytics, department automation, learning management, and 3rd party integrations. The software enables employees to enter incidents directly through the incident entry portal, view all data and manage information on any device, identify issues, automatically create and assign follow-up actions, reduce report-building time, and more.
