Founded in 2021 and based in Germany, The Trading Pit AG, doing business as The Trading Pit is a fintech company that provides traders with the tools and capital needed for them to reach financial independence. In November 2022, The Trading Pit raised EUR 10 million in growth funding led by new investor Pinorena Capital. The company was awarded the Fastest Growing Proprietary Firm in Europe 2022, Most Trusted Proprietary Firm in Europe 2022, Best Futures Prop Firm 2022, and Best Fintech Startup 2022. The Trading Pit was co-founded by Christoph Radecker and Illimar Mattus.

The Trading Pit offers a trading platform that funds traders and enables access to all major asset classes, including Forex, Futures, Stocks and Cryptos. The platform gives access to the latest data on major markets like the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq. And its platforms include Meta Trader 4, Meta Trader 5, Atas, Quantower, Rithmic, and Bookmap. The company plans to use the 2022 funding to achieve its goals and build a great app starting with proprietary trading and then naturally expanding into investments and asset management.
