Returning investors Entree Capital, General Catalyst Partners, and Index Ventures also participated in the round.
The company’s portfolio of services includes a personalized care plan tailored to urgent needs, tools for managing administrative tasks, and continuous emotional and logistical support. The firm allows users to receive assistance from a care manager, backed by a team available around the clock.
