In 2010, the Carlyle Group acquired the company for USD 4 billion, and in September 2017, KKR acquired a majority stake in The Nature’s Bounty Co. In 2021, Nestlé S. A. acquires The Bountiful Company’s vitamin and supplement brands for USD 5.
