Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2024, Synapath Intelligent Technology (Shenzhen) Co. , Ltd. , doing business as Synapath AI, is a company primarily engaged in the research, development, and application of multimodal embodied intelligence data collection and modeling technologies. The company's founding members graduated from universities such as Georgia Institute of Technology, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

In October 2025, Synapath AI closed a round of angel funding from new investors Oriental Fortune Capital and Jiangu Capital. In December 2025, Synapath AI raised closed angel+ funding from new investor Cherish Capital. Synapath AI builds SynaData, a universal embodied data platform adaptable to open scenarios by integrating vision, language, and environmental interaction systems. The platform transforms videos into multimodal, high-precision robot and artificial intelligence embodied training data by collecting massive amounts of RGB video from the internet and leveraging technological breakthroughs such as video data dimensionality enhancement and cross-domain retargeting.

Synapath AI also develops embodied robot model, "Bai Ge," which is a central decision-making system for intelligent robots. The company's products aim to promote the large-scale implementation of embodied intelligence technologies in logistics, manufacturing, and services. The angel financing will be primarily invested in the continuous training and iteration of the video embodied data collection pipeline, accelerating its data commercialization for several leading embodied intelligence companies.
