In December 2025, SwyftFiber, a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management, agreed to acquire Fastwyre Broadband's Fiber network business from Fastwyre Broadband, Catania ABC Partners, and Madison Dearborn Partners. SwyftConnect introduced SwyftTV, which is an app-based streaming digital television service that allows users to subscribe to watch local stations, national networks, and premium channels on multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and TVs with HDMI ports. The company offers SwyftFiber, which is a fiber internet package that delivers speeds of up to 1 Gigabit and allows streaming, gaming, and business operations for users.
