In October 2022, DAOL Private Equity and Voice Caddie agreed to fully acquire SuperStroke USA for KRW 180 billion. The deal was completed in October 2022. Following the transaction, DAOL Private Equity and Voice Caddie will hold a 92% majority stake in the company and Dean Dingman will remain the company's CEO.
The funding will help the company to enter the Asian market.
