Founded in 2019 based in Andhra Pradesh, India, LocalBuy Technologies Pvt Ltd, trading under the name SuperK, owns and operates a supermarket. The company offers a franchise model designed for entrepreneurs in Tier III, IV, and V towns (smaller towns and rural areas). In July 2025, SuperK raised INR 1 billion in series B funding led by new investor 3STATE Venture, with participation from returning investors Blume Ventures and Xeed Ventures. SuperK offers a wide range of grocery items, including fresh produce, packaged foods, household essentials, and personal care products. SuperK also provides special membership programs, such as the SuperK Gold membership, which offers customers cashback incentives and other loyalty rewards. In addition to grocery items, SuperK offers franchisees a comprehensive package that includes store setup assistance, training on equipment and stocking, product dispatch, marketing support, and ongoing customer support. The company plans to use the July 2025 funding to support its expansion across India and accelerate its retail solutions.
