Starway Communication

Based in Guangzhou, China and founded in 2011, Starway Communication operates as a provider of communications equipment that provides spatial synthesis power amplifier. The company has acquired intellectual property management system certification and more than 80 intellectual property rights, and has been rated as a National Specialized, Refined, Featured and Original SMEs and a National High-tech Enterprise. It has R&D centers in Wuhan and Hefei, and has cooperated with China Mobile, China Unicom, etc. The Founder, Jia Pengcheng, graduated from the University of California with a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, and is the project leader for the development of multi-wavelength phased array antennas and chips for satellite communications.

In February 2025, it closed a series E+ funding from new investor Guangzhou Kechuang Guofa Industry Fund Management. Starway Communication has developed 3D microwave technology.  Products include S-band communication equipment, 2-6GHz broadband equipment, Ka-band phased array antennas, etc. Its products are widely used in satellite communications, emergency communications, digital cities, electromagnetic environments and other fields.

The company generates revenue by providing communications equipment and other products.  In August 2025, Starway Communication closed a venture funding from new investors Huaqiang Capital and Guangzhou Kexuecheng Venture Investment.
