The company provides atomic layer deposition coating (ALD) equipment and thin film electroluminescent displays (EL). Its brands include SRII, Beneq® and Lumineq. Beneq® is an atomic layer deposition equipment and provides various coating equipment products and R&D services for semiconductors, research, optics, MEMS, LED and 3D parts.
And its products include scientific research equipment, semiconductor wafer equipment, industrial mass production equipment and space ALD equipment. Lumineq provides display and can apply in intelligent vehicle, optical scopes, rail transit and consumer electronics. And Lumineq's products include thin film electroluminescent display, transparent display and glass laminated display. The company generates revenues by selling semiconductor front-end process equipment and products, as well as providing corresponding technical solutions.
The company plans use the strategic investment raised in May 2024 to increase R&D investment in ALD equipment and focus on high-energy ion implantation equipment.
