Based in Gothenburg, Sweden and founded in 1920, Specma AB manufactures and sell hydraulics systems and components for local and international OEM customers. In November 2015, Hydra Grene, a portfolio company of Schouw & co. fully acquired Specma AB from Investment AB Latour for SEK 820 million.
