Based in Changsha, China and founded in 2016, Tianyi Space Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading as Spacety, is a developer that focuses on the research and development of aerospace systems and payloads for the commercial market. The company has successfully launched 38 satellites.

The core team members of the company mainly come from aerospace units such as China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, as well as international aerospace talents. They have collectively participated in the development of nearly a hundred domestic and international aerospace projects (satellites, spacecraft, space stations). In April 2026, Spacety closed a venture funding from Broad Vision Funds, with participation from Turing Capital, Puhua Capital, China Reform Securities Capital, XJSCI, and other investors. The company engages in the research and development of aerospace systems and payloads for the commercial market.

Its main product is the SAR radar remote sensing satellite. The Haisi-1 SAR radar remote sensing satellite has wide coverage, continuous monitoring, and rapid remote sensing information processing capabilities.
