Based in Shanghai, China, and founded in 2019, Spacee Tech is a rocket launch integration service provider that provides one-stop services including integration, manufacturing and testing. The core team members were from Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight and National Space Institute. In January 2023, the company closed a venture funding from new investors Hezi Capital and Hangzhou Yi 'an Asset Management. In April 2025, Spacee Tech closed a series A funding led by new investor Broad Vision Funds, with participation from another new investor Xingyin Investment.

Spacee Tech specializes in providing integrated manufacturing, testing, and assembly services for the rocket industry. The company focuses on the industrial deployment and capacity construction of rockets, offering a comprehensive suite of services that includes component manufacturing, integrated testing, and smart assembly.
