Sora operates an online digital identity validation and electronic signature platform that allows its users to make, maintain, and resolve issues with their electronic signatures on legal, labor, commercial, and corporate documents. The company offers its platform in two variations: POD RH, a human resource support platform that allows users to hire and manage employees remotely using electronic signatures, as well as upload work files and payroll receipts; and POD LEGAL, an electronic signature platform that allows users to manage and upload contracts, NDAs, promissory notes, leases, and corporate documents.
