As of 2022, the company operates in more than 200 cities in India and is led by its CEO, Amit Bansal. SOLV operates an online e-commerce marketplace for small and medium enterprises that links and aids buyers and sellers in an open business environment. The platform enables enterprises to sell a variety of commodities through its platform, including groceries, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), ready-made clothing, electronics, and accessories, as well as home furnishings, footwear, and accessories.

As of 2022, the company also offers value-added services such as on-demand credit, supply chain financing, doorstep pickup, delivery, buy now pay later (BNPL), real-time order tracking, and multiple payment options to more than 220,000 micro, small, and medium enterprises in its client base. The company had a run rate of more than USD 260 million in gross merchandise value in the first half of 2022, with about 60% average repeat purchases on its platform. The company plans to use the June 2022 funding to launch additional high-margin product categories, expand to over 300 cities in India, and expand its anchor-led retailer finance to an additional 50,000+ retailer base.
