Based in Bengaluru, India, and founded in 2015, Bliss Chocolates India Pvt Ltd. , doing business as SMOOR is a chocolate brand that manufactures and distributes a wide range of coverture chocolates and other delicacies. The business launched its first flagship store in August 2016 in Bengaluru and eventually expanded into various cities including Mumbai, Chennai, and Gurgaon. In April 2022, Rebel Foods Private Limited acquired a majority stake in Bliss Chocolates India Pvt Ltd.

As of August 2022, the company is being led by its founder and CEO, Vimal Sharma, and has a production facility. SMOOR offers a wide range of products including snacking chocolates, desserts, signature cakes, drinking chocolates, and other beverages, as well as light snacks such as cookies, macarons, baklava, etc. through its signature lounge, cafes, kiosks, website, and other third-party online platforms. Additionally, the company provides customized chocolate boxes or gift hampers for various occasions.

With the April 2022 investment from Rebel Foods Private Limited, SMOOR aims to triple its growth in the year 2022-2023. The firm intends to expand its presence in domestic as well as international markets and aims at achieving annual revenue of USD 100 million by 2026. The company’s domestic expansion strategy includes the launch of more physical stores across the cities, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad.
