SIZL

Based in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, and founded in 2016, SIZL develops and supplies smart factory-related manufacturing process automation technology. In 2019, the company started its development of MES planning and PMS or Press Monitoring System and established a technical research department. SIZL conducted a field testing, monitoring, and environment configuration of its automated welding robot-related factory building and established an R&D center, and completed PMS-oriented function development in 2020. The company's smart factory solution is largely composed of three systems: production management system (MES), press monitoring system (PMS), and data central management system (DMS).

MES collects and analyzes information on production activities to help make decisions for efficient plant management. PMS monitors press machine operation data and checks for defects or malfunctions in real-time. DMS manages and analyzes smart factory system data introduced across the country to help quickly respond to problems in individual factories. SIZL plans to build a data center that collects data from the process in one place and to secure excellent manpower to strengthen contact with customers.
