L is an HRtech platform that functions as a role-playing simulator utilizing Artificial Intelligence for leadership and soft skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, among others. The company was co-founded by the Venezuelan Ana Paredes, and the Argentine Santiago Oddone (CEO). In May 2022, SimSKills raised EUR 100,000 in pre-seed funding led by investor Demium.
The company offers a tool that allows employees to undergo training using interactive role-play exercises, accompanied by gamification and a rewards system.
