Established in 2004 and based in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Simpure Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading under the name SimPure, provides gas micro-contamination control solutions for the semiconductor industry. It acquired certifications such as high-tech enterprise certification, ISO9001, and GB/T29490-2013.

The company has obtained more than 60 invention patents and utility model patents. The founder and chairman of the company, Xiaosong Jiang graduated from the University of California and has working experience in the fields of semiconductor process and gas purification process. In April 2024, SimPure closed series B funding led by new investor Guofang Fund Management. In February 2026, the company listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations NEEQ to support its capacity expansion and R&D investment.

The company mainly provides gas purifiers and gas purification equipment. There are 5 series of products, which are 9N series, 7N series, high pressure series, GC series, and filter series. 9N series products include 9NP POU purifier, 9NG getter purifier, and 9NS automatic regeneration purification system. The main product is POU purifiers and filters, which can be used in integrated circuit manufacturing and semiconductor separation device manufacturing.

The products can be used in electronics, optoelectronics, chemical industry and other fields. The company generates revenue from the direct sale of gas purification equipment and filtration products to semiconductor manufacturers and equipment integrators.
