Based in San Francisco, US, and founded in 2017 by co-founders Alejandro Casas Caro and Santiago Gomez Gonzalez, Simetrik S. A. S. is a financial technology company that automates record centralization, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and accounting.

In June 2025, Simetrik SAS raised USD 30 million in series B funding led by returning investor Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, with participation from other returning investors Cometa, FinTech Collective, Moore Strategic Ventures, and Monashees Capital. New investor Upload Ventures and other unspecified investors also participated in the round.   Simetrik offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with features designed to automate various financial reconciliation tasks. The platform connects to various financial data sources and extracts data, regardless of format or technology.

Additionally, Simetrik automates the matching process between different data sets, identifying discrepancies. The platform offers dashboards and alerts to monitor reconciliation progress, highlight inconsistencies, and facilitate error correction. Simetrik SAS provides tools for analyzing reconciled data to provide insights on cost optimization, fraud detection, and cash flow management. The platform emphasizes a user-friendly interface that allows users to build automation without programming expertise.

The platform supports the integration of data from over 1,200 sources, processing more than 200 million reconciled records daily. The company plans to utilize the June 2025 funding to support the expansion plans of the company and growth initiatives.
