The July 2023 acquisition enables the organization to further accelerate its growth and maximize its technology roadmap development in the hardware manufacturing industry sectors. In April 2026, Acron Aviation a portfolio company of TJC acquired Sightline Intelligence from Artemis. Financial terms were not disclosed.
