Based in Hefei, China and founded in 2020, ShoDu operates as a spiral map network reconstruction technology research and application service provider, providing 3D virtual human one-stop technology and product services. The founding team and technical staffs are mainly from the State Key Laboratory of CAD&CG of Zhejiang University and the Institute of Simulated Reality and Human-Computer Interaction of Anhui University. The team has applied for more than 200 domestic and international intellectual property rights including inventions and PCTs. In June 2023, ShoDu completed a pre-series A funding.
The company focuses on the development and industrialization of multimodal enhanced 3D human spiral map network reconstruction technology. The main products are SHoDu Creator, SHoDu Customization, and SHoDu Capturer. These products can help users generate virtual people, virtual scenes and virtual content, and are used in content operations, IP images, games, metaverse, government, cultural tourism, retail and e-commerce, home health care and other areas.
