In 2020, Qiniu Cloud completed series F funding from new investors such as Bank of Communications International Trust, China Structural Reform Fund Co. , Ltd. , and Shenzhen Qianhai Hongzhao Fund Management. In 2021, the company filed for an IPO to raise USD 100 million.


In June 2023, Qiniu filed for an IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company provides services in file storage, CDN, video on demand and interactive live broadcasts such as short video SDK, live video PILI and live broadcast Geek. Qiniu Cloud also provides a multimedia data storage platform (Kodo), data analysis platform (Pandora) and cloud abilities such as cloud hosting, load balancing, DDoS protection system and cloud SMS.
