Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, the company's management will re-invest in the business.
sevDesk GmbH offers an accounting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to automate accounting works including bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management, VAT return filing, and digitizing all receipts in an easy and effective manner. The company’s platform also provides other functions such as online banking, cash management, creating various cost centers, and automatic evaluations.
