Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, the company's management will re-invest in the business.
sevDesk GmbH offers an accounting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to automate accounting works including bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management, VAT return filing, and digitizing all receipts in an easy and effective manner.
