As of November 2022, the company powers chat for over 6,500 applications in 153 countries globally including New York, London, Seoul, Singapore, and Bangalore. Sendbird, Inc. 's product allows businesses to integrate messaging, voice, and video chat features into their application for real-time communication with their users.


The company offers Sendbird Calls, an API and SDK to create voice and video interactions; Sendbird UIKit, a configurable user interface that allows customers to embed messaging features into their apps; SendBird's Desk API is a customer support API, offering users a chance to customize the user experience with many of the other APIs. The company client base includes Yahoo! , Paytm, DHL, Krafton, iFood, LG, QuintoAndar, Brella, Astra International, Teladoc, Reddit, Virgin Mobile, Careem, Practo, Chegg, Just Eat, and Hinge.
