The deal is expected to be completed later this month. The company offers an online comparison platform that allows consumers to choose a policy from providers including American International Group AIG. N, and Liberty Mutual. The company's portfolio includes brands such as SelectQuote Life, SelectQuote Auto and Home, and SelectQuote Senior, which offer Medicare Supplement policies, as well as prescription drug plans, dental, vision, and hearing coverage.
SelectQuote, Inc. plans to accelerate further its strategic solutions and insurance capabilities to wider healthcare sectors.
