In February 2026, HighSpot, Inc. , a portfolio company of B Capital, Bain & Company, D1 Capital Partners, ICONIQ Capital, Madrona Venture Group, OpenView, Salesforce Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Shasta Ventures, and Tiger Global Management, agreed to merge with Seismic Software, Inc. , a portfolio company of Ameriprise Financial, General Atlantic, Jackson Square Ventures, JMI Equity, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Permira, SG Growth Capital, and T.
Rowe Price, and will operate under the name Seismic Software, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
