Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and founded in 2021 by CEO and co-founder Vivien Le, 10x Consulting and Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading under the name Saladin operates as a provider of a multi-channel distribution system to provide a single destination for personalized insurance products related to life, health, automotive, and travel. In December 2025, Saladin raised an undisclosed amount in series A funding led by SBI Ven Capital, with participation from ICMG Partners and Monk's Hill Ventures, Peak XV Partners.

The company provides a digital platform that allows users to search and purchase insurance products, such as travel insurance, civil liability for car insurance, car material insurance, health insurance, accidental insurance, private house insurance, cancer and serious diseases insurance, and more. The platform has integrated traditional insurance processes with modern technology, which includes API integration, big data intelligence, and more, to recommend tailored insurance solutions. As of September 2023, Saladin has partnered with nine insurance companies in Vietnam and served more than 600,000 unique clients with about 10 million policies sold. The company will use the December 2025 funding to facilitate the growth of its market presence and the advancement of its insurance product offerings.
