Established in 2025 and based in Shenzhen, China, Dingxi Intelligent Innovation (Shenzhen) Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading as Rhinovate, is an AI-driven new materials design and intelligent R&D company dedicated to building a new generation of intelligent R&D infrastructure platform for AI for Materials. In March 2026, Rhinovate raised an angel+ funding led by Shanghai Engine Fund and XtalPi Inc.

Rhinovate provides a Physical AI platform centered on "Rhino AI" and a "Digital Scientist System. " Through multi-agent collaboration, reinforcement learning, and high-throughput automated experiments, it covers the entire lifecycle of materials research and development, from generative design and experimental verification to data feedback and model self-evolution. Its products and services target the research and industrialization of new materials, supporting the discovery of core materials in fields such as new energy, semiconductors, and aerospace. It also facilitates technology transfer and commercial applications through joint laboratories and the co-construction of AI materials laboratories with enterprises.

The company generates revenue through providing Physical AI platform, materials research and development services.
