Based in Malaysia, and founded in 2016, Rentguard Sdn. Rentguard Sdn. Bhd. offers a management system for the landlord with various features such as transacted price, tenant profile screening, rental collection, and portfolio management, which help landlords to manage by sourcing out and resolving tenant rental issues. The management system also records and keeps track of the tenant's rental payment each month.
Its landlords are able to check the tenant's credit rating before signing off on the lease agreement, and any tenant who fails to pay his/her rental will be reported to the Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS). In addition, RentGuard also provides a series of computing systems that allow the landlord to be clear about his or her profit return on the investment.
