Based in California, USA, and established in 2008, Renovo Motors Inc. develops and manufactures self-driving systems for automated mobility. In 2008-2016, Renovo Motors Inc. built its first all-electric supercar.

The Coupe served as an important lesson in understanding building automotive-grade safety systems. In 2016, using many of the systems built for the coupe, Renovo was asked to create a fully autonomous development platform "Marty" for researchers at The Center For Autonomous Research at Stanford University. In 2017, to 2021, its vast experience in developing reliable safety systems with the Coupe and Stanford has enabled it to create its first safe, secure and scalable platform, specifically created for the commercial deployment of fully autonomous vehicles and the development of the most advanced ADAS features.
