Based in Canberra, Australia, and founded in 2016 by its CEO, Susruth Nadimpalli, and co-founder, Jaz Gulati. Ren Labs offers RenVM, a decentralised virtual machine protocol that enables the movement of value between blockchains and brings interoperability to DeFi; and Catalog, a cross-chain automated market-making built on the protocol using the boundless liquidity mechanism, allowing users from various blockchains to trade against various assets. The company also promotes research and development initiatives to expand the Ren ecosystem and the broader blockchain space.
The company will use the seed funding to advance the development of Catalog, a new AMM, and the application to be built on the forthcoming Ren blockchain.
