RemotePass Inc. offers a platform that enables companies to hire contractors and full-time employees. The platform simplifies the onboarding process by ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Through its EOR services, RemotePass acts as the legal employer on behalf of the clients, allowing businesses to hire in countries where they do not have a legal entity. Additionally, the software offers multi-currency payroll services, allowing businesses to pay the global teams in their local currencies. RemotePass also handles tax compliance and statutory contributions, ensuring that all payments are made by local laws. The company also provides support for relocating employees and managing all aspects of the process, including visa applications, contract adjustments, and payroll modifications.

The platform offers compliance and data security, such as SOC2 Type I and II and GDPR. The tool integrates with various HR and accounting software, such as BambooHR, QuickBooks, and Xero, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. The company generates revenue through a monthly subscription package, which costs USD 40 per contractor per month for contractors and USD 350 per employee per month for employers of records. The company will use the March 2024 funding to support the development of its platform.
