Founded in 2020 by its managing director, Ian Wallis, Non-Executive Chairman, Ben Barnett, and Sune Bjerregaard, and based in London, UK, AGT Retail Limited, doing business as Refined Networks, operates as a provider of a launchpad platform that offers fashion wear from different brands. In June 2023, Refined Networks raised GBP 2. 5 million in series A funding from investors the Rueff family and Souter Investments, with participation from individual investors. As of 2023, the company has a brand portfolio across Europe, the USA, and Australia, including brands like IKKS, Soeur, Balibaris, and many more.

The company offers various brand technology solutions that include inventory management, channel availability, and logistics integration tools that help businesses track and monitor sales by season, category, product, size, and colour.  The companies also provide end-to-end management solutions by connecting brands with curated platforms for looking after initial stock deliveries, weekly replenishment, in-season promotions, and many more sales management services. The company plans to use the June 2023 funding to tap into the UK market through new brands, platforms, marketplaces, and verticals and to partner with more brands worldwide.
