Based in Ireland, and founded in 2022, Recruitroo provides staffing and recruiting tool. As of 2023, the company is headed by its CEO Shane Kiernan, who co-founded the firm. In July 2023, Recruitroo raised EUR 1 million in venture funding led by investor Delta Partners, with participation from another investor Enterprise Ireland. Individual investors also participated in the round.

The company offers recruitment solutions using which its customer can hire professionals across the country. The firm software provides a video-based profile, simplifies and derisk the immigration paperwork process as well as allows tracking and managing international relocations. Recruitroo offers its services for a variety of industries and roles such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, agri-food, hospitality, and supply chain. The company plans to use the July 2023 funding to develop its recruitment and migration platform as well as to expand its presence in the UK and European markets.
