Based in Yesan-gun, South Korea and founded in 2018, RECO Inc. 's “Integrated Waste Management Platform” provides a platform for customers' various waste management needs, monitor the waste treatment process in real time, and provides data management service for waste management and recycling. In 2019, RECO Inc. 's food waste collection/transport business was launched and the company has been selected as the Best Initial Start-up Package by the Startup Promotion Agency.
The following year, UpBox official service was launched attracting a seed investment from SparksLabs. In 2021, the company has exceeded 600 customers. The company's customized integrated waste service UpBox provides efficient waste collection, transparent treatment, and resource recycling services through its own waste management software.
