and started acquiring technology companies in the industrial IoT segment across multiple verticals. As of August 2021, Quarterhill Inc. is being led by its President and CEO, Paull Hill. Quarterhill Inc.
provides internet-based transportation technologies. Through IRD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quarterhill, Inc. , it offers intelligent transportation systems that manage traffic flow. WiLAN is an intellectual property subsidiary that develops and commercializes innovative patented technologies, manages intellectual property, and licenses these inventions to corporations.
