The company also operates a brand called SiteSafe that provides radiofrequency compliance services such as modeling, site assessment, and remediation. Its brands include: ACI, EMPIRE telecom, RECOVERY LOGISTICS, NX UTILITIES, and Fibre Network Solutions, LLC. Following its merger agreement with Roth CH Acquisition III Co. , QualTek USA, LLC will become a publicly-traded company with expanded access to the capital markets, as well as it plans to use the capital to accelerate organic growth opportunities.
