QualTek Renewables provides wind farm, transmission, and substation, maintenance, solar, and data COM installation services. QualTek Recovery Logistics includes the company's transport logistics, food delivery, sourcing, and damage assessment services.


The company also operates a brand called SiteSafe that provides radiofrequency compliance services such as modeling, site assessment, and remediation. Its brands include: ACI, EMPIRE telecom, RECOVERY LOGISTICS, NX UTILITIES, and Fibre Network Solutions, LLC. Following its merger agreement with Roth CH Acquisition III Co. , QualTek USA, LLC will become a publicly-traded company with expanded access to the capital markets, as well as it plans to use the capital to accelerate organic growth opportunities.
