About
Based in Shanghai, China and founded in 2025, Qingtianzu (Shanghai) Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading as Qingtianzu, is the world’s first robot‑leasing platform, designed to transform robotics from high‑cost assets into flexible, on‑demand service capabilities. Through a shared‑leasing and platform‑coordination model, the company aggregates robot supply, standardizes service workflows, and enables scalable deployment across commercial and public service scenarios.
In March 2026, Qingtianzu raised over CNY 100 million in Angel and Angel + funding from Hangzhou Fuzhuo Venture Capital, Ming Capital, Ruizi Venture Capital, Yuehua Entertainment, Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co. , Ltd. , Zhongshan Dafeng Industrial Investment, TH EDU Capital, Minzhuo Electromechanical Co. , Ltd.
, with participation from other investors. The platform provides a full RaaS (Robot‑as‑a‑Service) solution integrating robot leasing, unified insurance, training, operations, and digital scheduling. It converts robots into standardized, low‑threshold productivity tools that can be activated quickly across retail, dining, events, and urban‑service scenarios. Revenue is generated from robot‑rental fees, transaction commissions and other related services and products.
The Angel and Angel+ funding raised in March 2026 will be primarily used to establish a standardized nationwide fulfillment service network, upgrade the platform's asset and scheduling system, and leverage real-world data to empower the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. In the future, Qingtianzu will continue to expand its service nodes nationwide, improve its localized service network, and further enhance the delivery and operation capabilities of its robots in real-world scenarios.
