In July 2022, Boyd Corporation, a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, acquired Qinex from Sensata Technologies, Inc for USD 219 million. Qinex’s product portfolio includes thermal management solutions tailored for semiconductor testing environments, supporting both R&D and production-scale applications. These systems are integral to validating chip performance, especially in high-density and high-speed computing environments.
