Based in Indonesia, and founded in 2019 by Glenn Haryanto, Victor Ramli Kwan, PT Solusi Rumah Teknologi, doing business as TapHomes is an operator of a real estate management platform intended to assist small families to own their homes. In June 2020, TapHomes has raised Seed funding from 500 Startups. Some of the firm’s partners include Daily Social, Property inside, e27, Koninfo, etc. TapHomes employs technology and digitization to assist families in locating their ideal homes.

The company buys the houses that customers choose and rents them out to the customer until they are financially capable of purchasing the house on their own within three years of staying with TapHomes. Alternatively, the firm also buys houses from sellers and pays rent to renters looking to sell or lease out their property, thus offering a flexible homeownership solution to customers. Customers are even offered a platform where they can retain their homes and access cash through equity disbursements.
