Based in Warsaw, Poland, and founded in 2018, ProperGate Sp. z o. o. , also known as ProperGate is a smart material delivery management platform, designed to provide construction companies control and access to real-time material flow status and data.

In May 2021, the firm raised EUR 1 million in seed funding led by new investor SMOK Ventures, with participation from another investor Realty Corporation. The company was co-founded by Rafal Grudzien (CEO), Anna Walkowska (CTO), and Robert Grudzien. ProperGate Sp. z o.

o. develops and offers a software platform that aids construction companies in managing the supply of materials to their complex construction sites. ProperGate enables better collaboration between subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners, allowing client organizations to order supplies, plan schedules, and have materials delivered on time to pre-defined unloading bays on building sites. The software assists its clients in bringing only the required amount of goods, at the required time and shifts, allowing them to organize their unloading equipment and crew accordingly and eliminating the need to keep materials in large amounts at worksites.

ProperGate Sp. z o. o. intends to use the May 2021 funds to expand the company's staff and technology platform in order to fulfill the expanding demands of consumers and partners.
