In 2022, the company was acquired by Enlightenment Capital, a private investment firm active in the acquisition of tech and aerospace fields, via its subsidiary Infinite ID, which will operate as an identification software in support of governmental validation and background checks. The founder Schuyler was also appointed as the CEO of Infinite ID. PrintScan operates as a biometric company whose products include identification related equipment such as scanner, electric signature pad, and software PrintScan Live Scan. The company also provides services such as background checks, fingerprinting and fingerprint card conversion.
The company now runs its business in over 1000 network partner locations across the US.
