Founded in 2023 by co-founders Antonio Benedetti, Harry Christodoulou, and Antonio Yankey and based in the UK, PolyModels Hub Ltd. provides modeling services and products to the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate new drugs. In November 2025, PolyModels Hub Ltd raised GBP 7 million in series A funding led by Molten Ventures, with participation from Marathon Venture Capital. PolyModels Hub Ltd's primary product is ModelFlow, a digital platform designed to support various aspects of pharmaceutical development.
The platform provides a comprehensive library of models applicable to different stages of drug development, including small molecules, oligonucleotides, biopharmaceuticals, sterile formulations, and vaccines. Modelflow enhances the design of experiments to maximize data extraction and supports quality-by-design (QbD) frameworks. Additionally, the tool facilitates the collection, simulation, and sharing of experimental results, enabling efficient data analysis and decision-making. The software manages the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutical projects, from initial design to product filing and launch, consolidating data and processes in one platform.
The company will use the November 2025 funding to expand engineering and product teams, enhance its ModelFlow platform, and scale globally across pharma and biotech organizations.
