About

Founded in 2022 by Amir Shapiro, Elon Rimon, and Kfir Nissim, and based in Rahat, Israel, Pickommerce AI Robotics operates as a provider of artificial intelligence-based robotics for packaging. In September 2024, Pickommerce AI Robotics raised USD 3. 4 million in venture funding led by IL Ventures, with participation from Fusion LA, Israel Innovation Authority, ZIM Ventures, and InNegev. The firm develops and offers an autonomous pick-and-pack system, PickoBot for automating functions in warehouses.

This system integrates advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision to streamline the picking and packing process and employs its patented gripper technology that adapts to various product sizes and shapes, ensuring efficient and accurate handling, even for delicate or bulky items.   The company intends to use the September 2024 funding to progress the creation, manufacturing, and promotion of its product called PickoBot robot.
