Peppermint Robotics

Based in Pune, India, and founded in 2019 by its CEO Runal Dahiwade and CSO Miraj C Vor, Peppermint Robotics, operates as an industrial robot manufacturing company that makes and deploys intelligent commercial housekeeping and service robots. In September 2021, Peppermint raised INR 50 million in venture funding co-led by Indian Angel Network and Venture Catalysts. Other investors Vintners and individual investors also participated in the round. In April 2025, Peppermint raised INR 340 million in series A funding co-led by new investors JDSS and Enrison India Capital and returning investors Indian Angel Network and Vinners.

Individual investors also participated in the round.  As of December 2022, the company serves 38 clients across 13 countries including India and UAE. Aubotz Labs Pvt Ltd. provides a fully autonomous robotic floor scrubber dryer and tug amr equipped with a lidar sensor, a depth sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, automotive grade li-Ion batteries, and an emergency stop button.

It leverages a combination of physical scrubbing, chemicals, and ultra-violet light. The company's product help in automating housekeeping and service operations across industries, warehouses, airports, offices, and public spaces. In addition, the company offers customizable obstacle-detection software. The company's client base includes Godrej, Infosys, Flipkart, TVS, and Tata Motors.

The company plans to use the venture funding to expand into international markets, improve its operating system and hardware platform, and strengthen its engineering and leadership teams.
