Based in Texas, US, and founded in 2003 by Babita Jain, and Manoj Chhabra, Pelitas, LLC develops patient access software to help physician practices, hospitals, and special groups enhance the patient experience, eliminate inefficiencies, and maximize revenues throughout the revenue cycle. In February 2022, nThrive Technology, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, agreed to acquire Pelitas. As of February 2022, Steven Huddleston is President and CEO of Pelitas, LLC. Pelitas provides iPAS (integrated patient access solution), a SaaS platform that helps clients to financially clear patients at the first point of contact by increasing point-of-service payments, improving registration accuracy, and minimizing denials.

In addition, iPAS provides digital scheduling, messaging hub, digital document manager, payment facilitator, service tracker, patient self-check-in, referral facilitator, enterprise analytics, identity verifier, insurance discovery, and more services.
