Founded in 2016 and based in the Netherlands, paraDIGMA group B. V. provides occupational health and safety services for employee attendance and productivity improvement. Founded by a group of architects and engineers, paraDIGMA's focus was on developing innovative solutions to address the growing concerns around energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental impact in the built environment.

In March 2024, Castik Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in paraDIGMA group B. V. from Mentha Capital. The company's flagship product is its "Different Thinking Platform," a suite of tools and methodologies that enable clients to reach the sustainability goals.

Through this platform, paraDIGMA provides an approach to project development, guiding clients from the initial planning stages to the implementation and ongoing management of sustainable solutions. In addition to the Different Thinking Platform, paraDIGMA offers a range of services, including feasibility studies, life-cycle assessments, building performance simulations, and post-occupancy evaluations. ParaDIGMA's primary revenue stream is derived from the provision of its engineering and consulting services to a diverse client base. In addition to its fee-for-service model, paraDIGMA has also secured funding from various sources to support its research and development activities.

The acquisition in 2024 will expand paraDIGMA group B. V. 's service offerings and geographic market presence through organic growth initiatives and acquisitions.
