Based in Senegal, and founded in 2016 by Bamba Lo (CEO), and Rokhaya Sy, GIFT SAS, doing business as Paps, operates as a logistics and delivery company that offers innovative distribution and delivery solutions to companies and merchants. In January 2022, GIFT SAS, raised USD 4. 5 million in seed funding co-led by 4DX Ventures, and Orange SA; also returning investors Uma Ventures, and Saviu Ventures, etc. Paps is an e-commerce platform that plans and tracks deliveries in real-time.

Furthermore, the firm provides report and parcel distribution, storage of goods in a secure warehouse that meets standards, and delivery of covered by insurance parcels in relay point or last mile. Additionally, the company also provides professional services such as management and repayment of cash on delivery, provision of couriers, management of returns, collection, and periodic reporting. The company plans to use the January 2022 funding to strengthen its tech team, build out physical infrastructure to onboard more warehouses, hubs and fleets and extend its offering to more African companies.
